This role will include researching, planning and managing campaigns on both paid search and paid social platforms across
multiple regions and languages. The role will include devising and implementing PPC strategies across a number of
brands, projects & platforms. The successful applicant will be responsible for the running and management of these
accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing and drawing insight from available data. The role will also include
working with the Strategic/R&D specialists in the team to identify and implement the most up to date techniques to
maximise campaign performance. This role will report to the Digital Marketing Operations Manager.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
Paid Search/Social Management
 Develop and plan paid search & social campaigns from scratch to meet the varying business objectives for brands
and key websites
 Perform daily account management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads and
other paid platforms for a variety of brands
 Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists for the different brands, regions & sites
 Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share,
quality score and other important account metrics
 Create/Source keyword lists, ad copy and templates for each brand or site campaign, based on performance
metrics and demonstrated customer behaviour
 Continuously research developments in the Paid Search/Social areas to ensure all campaigns are using best
practice as well as sharing the knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas
Data & Measurement
 Measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across all accounts identifying potential areas to improve
performance across these campaigns in traffic and conversions
 Use a variety of in-house and third party tools to draw insight from company, sector and generic industry data, to
better understand user trends and behaviour to maximise ROI for the campaigns
 Produce weekly & monthly reports of the results of campaign activity against each campaign’s key performance
indicator as well as outlines for upcoming activity and its potential impact on campaign KPIs

•Minimum 6/12/18 months relevant CSC systems experience
•Minimum of 2 years of Commercial experience with Google AdWords
•Demonstrable skill at setup and implementation of new PPC accounts
•Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets, graphs and formulas
•Demonstrates consistent behaviour aligned to the Organizational Performance Culture
•Fluent in English (written and spoken)

Advantageous Requirements:

•Google AdWords Certification
•Demonstrable experience managing paid campaigns in regulated industries
•Demonstrable experience running campaigns in multiple regions & languages
•Extensive knowledge of paid search methodologies and techniques for managing search campaigns on Bing, Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn
•Understanding of HTML, CSS and web standards and their potential impact on PPC performance
